Spring Break
We had a welcome surprise over spring break...a visit from California cousins! Though, Tim had to travel all week, we had a fun time!
During the week, I quickly realized that I need to get my mom mojo on. School is out in a few weeks and summer will be in full swing!

Where's Waldo (or Peachy)
My 4 year old has a new fascination with her purple ski hat. It has been quite warm and it is constantly on her head (while she is sweating).
She is stylish as always!

This little thing called life.....
I've been MIA for a long time. The whole month of March, in fact. I don't know where March went, but I hope it was good one!
Every day, I think about something and make a mental note, "I need to blog about that". It hasn't happened and it makes me sad I didn't record it.
We are still working on our house "spruce up" project. We recently had beams put up on our kitchen/family room ceiling. They look sweet! I took down all my decorations on top of my kitchen cupboards. I took down my family room and kitchen curtains. I feel liberated.
But I still need to caulk and fill holes in the walls. Which leads to more painting.
I had another shelf put in my pantry. Which led to cleaning out the pantry and painting it. It sparkles...nice!
Soccer starts soon. There will be way too many nights at the soccer field.
There is a spelling bee at school. They want everyone to participate. I *love* practicing a million spelling words.
My garden needed to be planted two weeks ago. I'm behind.
Peachy learned how to ride a bike. Unfortunately, she is much bigger than the "for 3-year olds" bike. Time for a new bike. When she rides, she gives herself pep talks. "Way to go Georgia" or "You're doing great". She rocks. (Detailed blog post to follow)
Tim and I went to the West Indies. Yep...hard life. (Detailed blog post to follow).
I've been getting up at 4:24am to run. I'm tired. I've logged a lot of miles. I go to bed at 8:57pm every night (party animal...I know). I'm still burping GU. I hope it pays off someday. Did I mention I'm tired?
I made lots of Easter dresses for everyone. My girls have none. In fact, all their dresses from last year are way too short. I guess I should get busy.
